Job description

Chicago, United States | Posted on 08/05/2026

This role begins as part-time, with the possibility of moving into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

The Opportunity

seoClarity is the technology leader in Search EngineOptimization (SEO) marketing analytics. Founded in 2004, we are bootstrapped, profitable, and have a track record of sustainable growth. Our technologyplatform and services help the world’s best and biggest brands optimizetheirwebsite content so they can be found online and connect to their customers. Weprocess petabytes of data to provide actionable insights that drive revenue forenterprise organizations.

We are currently in a phase of aggressive expansion and arecentralizing our talent acquisition function to support significant growth inour Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to takefull ownership of this lifecycle. You will not just "fill seats." Youwill partner directly with Executive Leadership to define the "Bar"for excellence, ensuring we attract builders who thrive in a high-performanceculture. This is a strategic role for a recruiter who values speed, precision, and the autonomy to build a process that brings in world-class talent.

What You Will Do
  • Technical:Actively source "Builders" for Backend Engineering and ProductManagement. You must be able to screen for technical aptitude andcultural fit.
  • Commercial:Hunt for "Hunters" in Sales roles and subject matterexperts for Client Success. You will distinguish between true experts andgeneric relationship managers.
  • Drivethe Process (Speed Wins):
  • Managethe pipeline with urgency. We believe that "Something needs to bedone, do it now."
  • Youwill hold hiring managers accountable for rapid feedback loops to ensure ahigh-velocity hiring process.
  • OperationalOwnership (The "Full Stack"):
  • Demonstratea "Willingness to wear multiple hats" by owning thecandidate experience from Offer to Day 1.
  • Executeoperational tasks including generating offer letters, coordinatingbackground checks, and managing onboarding logistics to ensure new hiresland softly.
  • Actas the primary filter for our core values. You ensure every new hirepossesses Resilience, Accountability, and a Problem-Solving Mindset.
RequirementsWhat This Role Requires (The Filters)

7+ Years Mixed Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of hiring both Technical (Dev/Product) and Commercial (Sales/CS) roles in the B2B SaaS space.

The "Builder" Mindset: We operate in a dynamic environment where not everything is templated. You must be comfortable "Filling the Gap"—creating processes and solving problems on the fly rather than waiting for instructions.

Operational Readiness: You must be willing to handle the "weeds" of recruitment operations. If you view scheduling, background checks, or onboarding logistics as administrative work beneath you, this role is not a fit.

Local Presence: You must be on-site in Chicago, IL to foster high-bandwidth collaboration with leadership.

The Reality of This Role

High Performance: We are a bootstrapped, profitable team where output matters. You will be expected to deliver results (hires) without a large support staff or agency reliance.

Global Flexibility: You will coordinate with our offshore engineering teams (India), which requires the flexibility to work early mornings or evenings to unblock team communication.

Direct Accountability: You will not be micromanaged. "People are busy... don't expect them to follow up." You are expected to own your metrics and drive the schedule.

$55.00 – $70.00 per hour

This is initially a Part-Time / Contract role.

Eligibility for full company benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k Matching, PTO) is reserved for candidates who convert to Full-Time status.
