The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-time Talent Development Manager. This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise learning strategies that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership, and support business performance. This role partners with leaders across the enterprise to proactively identify capability gaps, develop learning solutions, and ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. The Talent Development Manager oversees leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, career development programs, learning technologies, and organizational learning initiatives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
  1. Develop and execute the organization's talent development strategy by assessing business needs, identifying capability gaps, and aligning learning initiatives with strategic objectives.
  2. Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and establish annual learning priorities, roadmaps, and curriculum that support business goals.
  3. Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs for leaders at all levels, including succession planning and manager development initiatives.
  4. Develop and manage employee development programs, including competency models, career pathing, and individual development planning resources that promote internal growth.
  5. Lead the organization's onboarding strategy by designing standardized onboarding programs, resources, and experiences that improve new hire readiness, engagement, and retention.
  6. Oversee enterprise compliance training by ensuring required training is assigned, completed, documented, and maintained in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  7. Design and deliver engaging learning solutions using instructor-led, in-person, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning methods grounded in adult learning principles.
  8. Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and leverage learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve the learner experience and operational efficiency.
  9. Develop, curate, and maintain learning content and resources, including eLearning modules, job aids, toolkits, and digital learning libraries.
  10. Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to identify development opportunities, provide talent development consultation, and support organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  11. 1Measure and analyze learning effectiveness through performance metrics, leadership and learner feedback, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate return on investment.
  12. Manage external learning vendors, consultants, and training resources to ensure quality, continuity, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.

The Attributes We Seek
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Progressive Talent Development experience.
  3. Significant experience designing enterprise learning programs and administering Learning Management Systems.
  4. Significant experience facilitating talent development at all levels, including leadership development.
  5. Experience implementing learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions.
  6. Learning and Development Professional Certification (CLDP) preferred.
  7. Experience supporting organizations with 500+ employees preferred.
