 Key Duties

· Serve as a senior functional and technical resource for the enterprise Student

Information System, supporting configuration, system security, academic structures,

billing processes, financial aid settings, and student lifecycle workflows across all

campuses and educational brands.

· Act as a subject matter expert for Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts,

Academic Records, and enrollment and verification portal operations, providing

escalated analysis and resolution for complex system issues.

· Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify

application needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

· Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into system

configurations, workflow improvements, and documented technical solutions.

· Use SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and system reporting tools to research

data discrepancies, validate configurations, and perform root cause analysis.

· Review new system functionality, vendor releases, and enhancements, and provide

findings and recommendations to the Senior Director.

Business Applications and System Configuration

· Configure and customize the Student Information System and related business

applications to meet specific business requirements, using available system settings,

configuration tools, and vendor-supported functionality.

· Design and maintain system workflows, forms, permissions, and business rules that

support institutional and departmental operations.

· Support application integrations between systems, coordinating with technical staff and

external vendors to ensure accurate data flow and interoperability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Test and validate configuration changes, integrations, and system updates to confirm

 Education: · Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related enterprise systems experience. · Master's degree in a related field preferred.
