Job description

STV is seeking a Structural Bridge Engineering Specialist to join our growing Bridge practice in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers the opportunity to support meaningful bridge design and rehabilitation work for ODOT, OTA, and municipalities across Oklahoma.
You will work on projects that improve mobility, safety, and community connectivity while building technical depth alongside experienced bridge leaders and project teams.
In this role, you will support the analysis, design, and inspection of highway, rail, pedestrian bridges, and related structures. You will also gain exposure to project delivery, client coordination, and proposal support as part of a successful transportation infrastructure practice.

What You'll Do:
Contribute as an integral member of STV's Oklahoma City Bridge Practice.
Perform structural analysis, design, and inspection for bridges and related transportation structures.
Support structural design on active projects and lead assigned technical tasks as your experience grows.
Assist with technical and cost proposals that help the team secure future bridge work.
Support senior staff with project delivery, schedule awareness, budget tracking, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to support budgets, schedules, and project delivery plans.
Help maintain safe work practices and support a culture of health, safety, and accountability.
Review and support the quality of deliverables produced by the Bridge Group.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Successful completion of the FE Exam and EIT certification.

0-3 years of experience in structural design
Strong structural analysis and design skills, with an understanding of the disciplines involved in transportation and infrastructure project delivery.
Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with team members, project partners, and clients.

Compensation Range:

$64,848.58 - $74,112.66
