Scope of the role includes:
Strategy and business analysis
oAbility to identify operational pain points and translate them into AI/GenAI opportunities.
oExperience developing business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
Product Management:
oAbility to gather and translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Stakeholder management
oAbility to partner with Lines of Business (LOBs), technology teams, risk partners, and senior leaders.
oStrong facilitation and consulting skills.
Program and project management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution
Communication and executive presentations
oStrong written and verbal communication skills.
oExperience preparing executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Data and analytical skills
