As a Senior Statistician I (Site Location Analyst), you'll serve as an advanced-level customer analytics leader with a focus on gravity model sales forecasting

We are looking for:
- a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience; 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics at a senior / leadership level
What is the work?

Analytics:

- Supports our real estate program and new store pipeline

- Sales forecasting for new stores, expansions, remodels, competitive impacts

- Working knowledge of ESRI or a similar GIS program is preferred
- Takes technical lead on specific advanced analytics projects (e.g., predictive modeling, customer segmentation)
- Independently develops / delivers analytical solutions that meet business needs
- Mentors / develops less experienced analysts
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in an advanced analytics role
- 3+ years of experience using statistical software (e.g., SitesPlus, Locus, SAS, SPSS, R, spatial models)


Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Senior Statistician?
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., logistic / linear regression modeling, clustering, sampling, decision trees)
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy)

- Experience with Alteryx or similar software is preferred
