Join our Agile development team as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where you'll design, build, test, and deploy high-quality solutions across our platforms. We're looking for a curious, customer-focused developer who brings strong modern engineering practices, clear communication, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.

As an informal leader, you'll help guide technical direction while contributing hands-on to the design and development of the most complex components.

You'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, product analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance technical excellence with real operational value.

If you're naturally curious, take ownership of your work, and enjoy tackling complex challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, this role could be a great fit.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient full stack solutions that meet both technical and business needs
  • Lead and actively contribute to application and system design sessions, helping shape architecture and solution approaches
  • Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback through code reviews to elevate code quality and support team development
  • Ensure technical solutions and integrations are designed, implemented, and maintained for performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability
  • Bridge technical requirements with user experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, practical, and aligned with end-user needs
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality, reliable releases
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment to break down complex requirements into deliverable work and drive high-quality outcomes
  • Work across a mix of legacy systems and modern applications, contributing to ongoing modernization and continuous improvement efforts

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum six years of handson software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong proficiency in modern full stack development, including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and SQL (including DDL)
  • Experience building scalable front-end applications using Angular (v12+ / ideally 16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
  • Proven ability to design, build, test, and maintain clean, well-structured, production-quality code with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on experience developing application components, system integrations, and automated tests
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and modern backend development practices
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs using Java
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot
  • Strong experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools, including Git and Jenkins
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • General interest or experience in business or financial systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) as a hosting environment
