Our Greenwood, South Carolina Personal Care production facility is rapidly evolving into a high-tech, robotically automated powerhouse, and we are looking for a visionary Senior Project Engineer to spearhead this transformation. This is a premier, high-visibility role with true end-to-end capital ownership. You will lead the entire lifecycle of major engineering initiatives—taking projects from blank-page concept and initial ideation to full-scale buildout, robotic integration, and final execution on our high-speed production floor. If you are driven to design cutting-edge industrial systems and leave a lasting footprint on a world-class manufacturing facility, this is your launchpad.

 Your Day to Day and The Future 
  • Collaborate with regional and global engineering teams to evaluate disruptive technologies and integrate advanced robotics and collaborate to achieve the efficiency and update/upgrade goals into our site strategy.
    Lead capital projects from inception to closing. You will define project objectives, calculate precise timelines, sequence build phases, manage multi million dollar budgets, and drive contractor bidding and vendor selection.
  • Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; and preparing cost estimates.
  • Design and run technical studies to implement advanced analytical testing directly onto our production lines. You will also pioneer cutting edge engineering solutions for e-commerce end of line packaging differentiation, new product molds, and high speed asset optimizations. 
  • Evaluate and monitor project risks and develop risk response plans to ensure project requirements are made efficiently and effectively.
  • Confirm peak product and asset performance by designing and executing rigorous testing and validation protocols, including Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Integrate Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) seamlessly into every engineering build, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations while driving a zero incident safety culture.
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline

  • 6+ years of engineering experience inside a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment, with a heavy emphasis on executing large scale capital projects from concept through implementation

  • Solid understanding of Capital Expenditure Budget (CEB) procurement processes, project risk assessment, and technical vendor management

  • Portfolio of completed projects requiring partnership with cross functional corporate teams, plant leadership, and third party contractors on a high speed production floor

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Science in Engineering or Project Management, or an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Advanced proficiency with design and tracking software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project and systems software such as SAP


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $145,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
