Job Title: CIP/COP Intergration Lead, Senior Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced CIP/COP Integration Lead to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The CIP/COP Integration Lead serves as CACI's senior operational integration manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and integrating the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operational Picture (COP) to enhance logistics situational awareness, operational synchronization, and command decision-making. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership in integrating operational, logistics , infrastructure, transportation, and mission support information into a unified operational environment that supports distributed operations. The CIP/COP Integration Lead works closely with Government stakeholders, operational planners, intelligence personnel, logistics teams, mission partners, and technical specialists to ensure timely information sharing, data integration, and operational visualization across multiple organizations. This position supports operational readiness by enabling real-time decision support, improving common operating picture accuracy, and enhancing mission execution through integrated data management and collaboration. Responsibilities: * Lead integration of the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operational Picture (COP) supporting logistics operations. * Coordinate integration of logistics , operational, infrastructure, transportation, and mission support data. * Develop processes that improve operational awareness and decision support. * Synchronize information sharing across Government, military, contractor, and mission partner organizations. * Support operational planning through visualization and data integration. * Coordinate with intelligence, operations, logistics , communications, and IT personnel. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely dissemination of operational information. * Monitor operational activities and update the COP to reflect on changing mission requirements. * Support command briefings, operational updates, and executive decision-making. * Integrate commercial and Government information systems supporting operational visibility. * Identify information gaps and recommend solutions to improve situational awareness. * Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting CIP/COP integration activities. * Develop standard operating procedures and information management processes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned and operational assessments. * Ensure compliance with Government information security and operational reporting requirements. Qualifications: Required: * Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military logistics , operations, information management, or command and control environments. * Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations. * Experience integrating operational information, data visualization, or common operating picture capabilities. * Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership. Desired: * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems , Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Military Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience supporting operational command and control, knowledge management, or information integration activities. * Experience utilizing common operational picture , GIS, logistics information systems, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration and visualization tools. * Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Security+, or equivalent are preferred. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
