Job description

As a Senior Associate within Consumer & Community Banking Finance Data Ecosystem team, you will sit at the center of a high-impact product organization defining platform strategy and building new data and analytics platform capabilities.  You'll drive end-to-end governance, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment so that our platform capabilities are delivered in a scalable way.  This role is ideal for someone who loves turning ambiguity into action: creating structure, running tight forums, ensuring follow-through, and helping senior leaders make informed decisions; while working closely with Product, Technology, Platforms, and Design. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources. 
  • Schedule and run recurring delivery ceremonies and stakeholder meetings; publish crisp notes, actions, owners, and due dates. 
  • Establish consistent routines and artifacts for tracking progress, decisions, and outcomes (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, operating trackers). 
  • Gather inputs across teams and convert them into clear, concise materials for Finance senior leadership: status, risks, decisions needed, and narrative on business value. Provide executive-level status reporting, tailored to audience and forum, ensuring transparency and accountability.  
  • Coordinate with core delivery partners (Technology, Decision Science, Design, Product, and control partners) to unblock work, align timelines, and ensure readiness for releases. 
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams move quickly while staying within governance and risk expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experience in product deployment processes.
  • Strong command of Agile delivery fundamentals and tools; especially Jira (and ideally Confluence/SharePoint).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle. 
  • Exposure to Databricks, modern BI technologies (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Sigma) and transformation technologies like Alteryx.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product delivery or technology governance (even if not hands-on model building).
