General Responsibilities:


  • The driver’s main objective is: Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries

  • Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the objective is met

  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road

  • Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail stores, and business locations

  • Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern

  • Keep the customer informed of delivery progress/status to the best of one’s ability

  • Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles

  • Assist in training other team members if need be

Qualifications and Skills: all drivers MUST:


  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.A.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Possess a clean driving record

  • Pass a drug screening test (THC not included)

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to lift packages up to 70 lbs

  • Have great customer service skills

  • Have a positive attitude and be a team player
