Location: Alaska

Advanced Supply Chain International (ASCI) is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Senior Operations Manager - Warehouse Support Services role. This position provides senior delivery leadership for multi-site warehouse and materials management operations supporting critical infrastructure operations in Alaska.

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for the safe and effective delivery of warehouse and materials management operations across multiple Alaska locations.
  • Lead supervisors and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of materials handling, inventory oversight, and warehouse support functions.
  • Align ASCI operational processes with client systems and performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans that support efficient resource allocation, workforce planning, and service continuity.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Manage staffing levels, labor utilization, and associated operational costs within approved parameters.
  • Foster a strong safety culture, reinforcing accountability and adherence to all company and client safety expectations.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison to client representatives, maintaining open communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, accuracy, and overall service performance.
  • Provide leadership mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development support to assigned team members.
  • Ensure operational readiness and coordinated response during high-priority or time-sensitive operational events.
  • Promote ASCI Core Values through daily leadership actions and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline. Relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. If substituting experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations, materials management, or industrial supply chain environments.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Alaska and operate in active industrial environments with seasonal weather exposure.
