As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our customers—delivering personalized, timely, and relevant communications across digital channels. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking Marketing Technology team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications. Build and manage data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools. Use AMPscript and SQL to create dynamic, personalized content tailored to customer segments. Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies. Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams. Work cross-functionally with Internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of business initiatives.
What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel campaign execution. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, and activation. Demonstrable Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for personalization and data manipulation. Strong content creation skills across email, SMS, and push channels. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is beneficial. Preferred
Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Data Cloud Specialist (preferred but not required)
