JOB TITLE: Marketing Content Specialist - Global Refinish, Economy Segment

Position Summary:
Axalta is looking for a creative and resourceful Marketing Content Specialist to join our Global Refinish Marketing Team at our facility in Glen Mills, PA. The primary role of the Marketing Content Specialist is to research, build, distribute, and train on the tools for the Economy Segment that align with global key initiatives. The incumbent will develop and disseminate world-class presentations, collateral, tools, and programs to help Axalta, our customers, and partners win in the marketplace. In addition, this position may assist with customer engagement programs to help customers extract the most benefit from their partnership with Axalta.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer segmentation in automotive refinish, with profound knowledge of Axalta's global product systems, technologies, and strategies. An understanding or ability to learn the competitive landscape to expertly communicate Axalta's value proposition is desired. The Marketing Content Specialist will work within the Global Refinish Marketing Team, and collaboratively within the organization to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing initiatives in all regions of the world. This role may also help support other business segments as needed.
Work Location: This role requires a hybrid onsite work presence in Glen Mills, PA and is not eligible for relocation nor sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the manager and internal stakeholders to develop and manage collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other assets to enable share gain and retention.
  • Drive and develop presentations to convey the Economy value proposition with a clear and consistent voice through all stages of the selling process.
  • Craft the implementation plan and partner with the Social Media Manager to implement internal and external programs to ensure segment communications to Customers, Partners, Employees, Investors, and the market at large are communicated as designed.
  • Optimize use of the team's sales enablement system (Seismic) and ensure assets are posted and accessible. Develop training materials to help the team understand how to find, use, and deliver tools.
  • Develop strong partnerships within the organization to lead and execute marketing programs.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently applied to all materials and communications.

MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree (or completion of higher education) in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business in a related field.
  • Experience in business-to-business marketing content creation is required.
  • Project management experience is helpful.
  • Strategic thinker but has a team player attitude to execute and produce impactful results.
  • Detail-oriented professional able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Works very well independently and part of a highly collaborative team.
  • Able to foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
