Job Description Summary:

ModMed is hiring two Demand Generation Specialists to join our full-funnel marketing engine, with each role focusing on a distinct and critical segment of our market. Whether you thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or enjoy navigating the strategic complexities of larger, multi-location accounts, we have a path for you. One specialist will support our Key Segment (1-3 providers), delivering campaigns focused on immediate ROI, time-savings, and cost efficiencies for doctor-owners operating with lean budgets. The second specialist will focus on our Strategic Segment (4-19 providers), building tailored campaigns that solve for multi-site optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO), and board-level considerations. If you are a proactive learner who loves working with data and processes, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.

Your role
  • Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager to coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all digital assets (emails, landing pages, and ads) are synchronized and ready for launch.

  • Depending on your assigned segment, you will either develop strategies that prioritize task automation for resource-constrained small practices (Key Segment) or address more complex objectives like multi-site optimization, TCO, and staff retention (Strategic Segment).

  • Assist in driving project timelines and keeping cross-functional teams like Creative, Operations, and Content perfectly aligned on upcoming deliverables.

  • Own the day-to-day tracking of marketing campaign performance metrics across the entire demand generation funnel, including MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Pipeline.

  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying key trends and providing initial observations to help optimize our marketing spend.

  • Maintain excellent data hygiene within our CRM and marketing automation platforms to guarantee reporting accuracy.

  • Support overall budget tracking and vendor management tasks while organizing internal documentation, campaign calendars, and creative brief repositories.

  • Schedule and prepare for weekly segment meetings, which includes collaborative agenda setting and capturing actionable next steps.

  • Attend strategic meetings for both segments and act as a central liaison between the Demand Gen and Sales Development teams to keep lead follow-up processes running seamlessly.

  • Stay updated on ModMed's evolving product offerings to effectively articulate how our technology solves specific buyer pain points-whether providing "time-back" solutions for independent doctors or driving efficiency and positive staff environments for multi-site groups.

Skills & requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or similar role.

  • Required familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; prior exposure to Salesforce is considered a strong plus.

  • Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once.

  • A natural curiosity for discovering "the why" behind data and numbers, paired with an eagerness to learn data-driven decision-making.

ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it's important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce. Eligible Modernizers can enroll in a wide range of benefits:
