Job Summary:

They are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Owner for their nCino application ecosystem, responsible for driving product strategy, customer-centric innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Own and define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the nCino platform aligned to corporate strategy and banking priorities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to identify strategic product opportunities.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Balance innovation, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and operational scalability.
• Shift efficiently between strategic and tactical activities, understanding context; connect seemingly unconnected concepts and ideas; and take action.
• Prioritize and adjust in order to achieve results at the individual, team, and project level.
• Serve as the primary nCino Product Owner for Agile delivery teams.
• Own, define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Write and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” in daily Scrum ceremonies.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Lead sprint planning, roadmap refinement, release planning, and adoption tracking.
• Drive adoption strategies across business units.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and nCino Administrators.
• Integrate department-level processes with enterprise program and project initiatives.
• Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders, developers, leadership, and vendors.
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates, risks, and KPIs to Directors and senior leadership.
• Influence without direct authority across matrixed teams.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Risk teams to ensure compliance while preserving usability and flexibility.
• Anticipate, identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues.
• Prepare contingency plans and ensure disciplined execution.
• Define and monitor portfolio metrics and product performance indicators.
• Participate in third-party vendor selection and evaluation processes.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with professional services firms, contractors, and software providers.
• Coordinate implementation support and engage nCino support channels as needed.
• Work closely with vendor(s) discussing and planning roadmap, issues and enhancements.
• Provide structured performance feedback to vendor representatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership or business systems analysis in the banking and/or financial services industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading analysts, administrators, or cross-functional product teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience. nCino experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking principles, lending processes, and financial technologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing products in Agile environments.
• Experience working in high-ambiguity environments with exposure to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Strong business acumen and ability to think and act holistically.
• Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems, integrations, reporting platforms, and third-party data environments.
• Ability to travel in the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region as needed.
Preferred:
• nCino experience is highly preferred.
