Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join the Prisma AIRS Go-To-Market organization. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and advanced analytical models across the Go-To-Market teams. Drive the health of the business through day-to-day management of sales performance metrics, predictive pipeline modeling, data-driven forecasting, and deep-dive analytics. We're looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels in toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution.

You will be responsible for building relationships with internal key stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Management).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and partner with Finance, Strategy, Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and other resources to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end pipeline management from initial lead activity through closure
  • Partner with Sales leadership to deliver advanced data visualizations, identify revenue trends, and build predictive models that highlight new growth opportunities.
  • Drive business reviews, weekly sales outlook processes and cadence
  • Align with sellers on quoting and product management
  • Design, document, and deliver enablement on policies for managing account and quota assignment changes
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission
  • Ensure win themes, differentiators are included in the proposal and deliver a compelling response to the customer or partner
  • Leverage CRM data, BI tools, and advanced analytics platforms to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-ready dashboards and operational KPIs
  • Develop timelines and ensure that key deal milestones and deadlines are met

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience in operations or related field
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop a compliance matrix
  • Proven experience building, maintaining, and automating sales performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
  • Strong data hygiene skills with the ability to query, clean, and manipulate large, complex datasets.
  • Strong business and IT modernization acumen including Cyber Security, Networking, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail and accuracy with data
  • Proven ability to articulate and write compelling, business-outcome focused, value propositions
  • Operate independently to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, modeling), SQL, and modern BI/visualization tools; familiarity with Salesforce CRM reporting a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor Degree required or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a security technology/ SAAS based company is highly preferred

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$127,000.00 - $205,500.00/yr
