    The VP, Business Development- RPO is a senior business development and strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing executive-level client partnerships across healthcare systems nationwide. You will be responsible for acquiring and preserving new search agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires a deep understanding of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

    Job Responsibilities

    Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Drive new client acquisition and market expansion through consultative sales strategies and executive relationship development.
    • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution.
    • Identify, qualify, and close complex workforce solutions opportunities with healthcare systems and large provider organizations.
    • Develop strategic account plans to expand market share and create long-term client partnerships.

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of experience selling complex, clinical RPO models to healthcare systems.
      • Proven success selling and developing enterprise RPO partnerships with large healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks.
      • Demonstrated experience leading complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, solution design, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and executive presentations.
      • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
      • Experience building trusted relationships with CHROs, Chief Nursing Officers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, HR Executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
      • Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop ROI models, business cases, workforce assessments, and strategic recommendations.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges across nursing, allied health, physician, revenue cycle, and non-clinical recruitment.

        Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
