They analyze potential hazards, develop risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. These professionals also provide recommendations to improve safety, reduce losses, and support business decision-making. • Exposure to senior business, technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Work across complex programs involving risk reporting, data, trading platforms, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate business objectives into clear functional and technology requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery across developers, QA teams, subject-matter experts, business stakeholders, and senior management across multiple locations.
  • Perform root-cause, gap, current-state, and future-state analysis to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, training, change-management activities, and rollout support.
  • Evaluate existing business and technology processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and reporting.
  • Present project status, risks, decisions, and remediation plans clearly to senior management.
  • Bridge highly technical, financial, and regulatory topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Do You Have The Expertise To Lead Risk & Regulatory Technology Initiatives?

  • Strong understanding of Credit Risk, financial instruments, market data, trading systems, risk reporting, and risk-governance processes.

  • Proficiency with SQL for data investigation and analysis.
  • Exposure to Databricks is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, root-cause-analysis, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Ability to manage several complex initiatives simultaneously with limited supervision.
  • Strong executive communication, relationship management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
