As an Senior Associate in the Risk Reporting, Analytics, and Data team, you will develop and deliver analytical risk dashboards and reports that provide senior Risk leadership with actionable insights across the small business lending landscape. You collaborate with stakeholders across the Business Banking Lending Risk team to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities and strengthen risk management practices. You help us build, automate, and maintain reliable reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and supporting key Risk initiatives with comprehensive analytical resources.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, launch, and maintain a portfolio of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Develop next-generation data analytics to support stakeholders across Small Business Lending Risk
  • Create comprehensive datasets and analytics from diverse data sources to enable senior management analysis
  • Migrate reporting to cloud-sourced data and automate data routines, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver expanded analytical capabilities
  • Partner across functions to improve efficiency, controls, and consistency in reporting and analytics
  • Produce deep-dive analyses and prepare presentations for senior Risk forums and leadership calls
  • Identify root causes of data issues and drive timely remediation in partnership with the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 years plus of experience in data analytics and reporting, including business intelligence concepts, dashboard development, and statistical analysis
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and delivering to deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau
  • Ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights and communicate findings to multiple levels of leadership

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Master's degree in data analytics or statistics
  • Hands-on experience with Python, R, Cognos, or Power BI
