Job description

OptiSigns is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in digital signage and digital experiences. Our platform combines AI, IoT, and no-code tools to help organizations engage customers and employees through screen-based experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Today, more than 200,000 screens run on OptiSigns worldwide, backed by 6,000+ reviews on G2 and Capterra - among the most-reviewed platforms in the category. Our teams are in Houston, Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, and Munich. We built this business on a strong product, compelling value, and exceptional support. The next chapter is building a revenue engine that matches the strength of that foundation.

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer to build that next-generation revenue engine. You will own Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations globally and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention.

This is not a traditional enterprise-sales CRO role. OptiSigns has two meaningful growth motions: a high-volume product-led/self-serve business and an enterprise motion focused on larger, multi-site deployments. The opportunity is to connect them - using product and customer signals to identify high-potential accounts, convert them efficiently, and expand them over time.

We are also building an AI-first, AI-native organization. Our engineering team already works this way: AI handles research, drafting, testing, and repetitive execution while people own judgment and final verification. Revenue is next.

What You'll Own
  • Build and lead the global revenue strategy across new business, expansion, retention, partnerships, and revenue operations.
  • Connect our self-serve and enterprise motions so product usage and customer signals systematically surface accounts with enterprise potential.
  • Improve sales execution through hands-on coaching, deal reviews, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and clear performance management.
  • Build a scalable partner and channel ecosystem that expands reach without unnecessary complexity or fixed cost.
  • Establish closed-loop revenue attribution - from acquisition and trial through activation, subscription, expansion, and retained revenue.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps around a common funnel, shared metrics, and clear ownership.
  • Build an AI-first, AI-native revenue organization where AI agents handle research, prospecting support, drafting, analysis, and repetitive workflows while people focus on judgment, relationships, and closing.
  • Build the team, operating cadence, and systems required to scale through enterprise tier and beyond.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS revenue leadership experience, including CRO, SVP/VP Sales, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience scaling revenue organizations and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with both product-led/self-serve and enterprise sales, ideally connecting the two.
  • Experience with expansion-driven SaaS models such as per-seat, per-location, per-device, or similar.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of RevOps, pipeline management, forecasting, and attribution.
  • Experience building partnerships, channel, or reseller programs.
  • International experience across multiple markets.
  • AI-first and AI-native mindset - you actively use AI in your own work and know how to redesign revenue workflows around it.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and getting directly involved when needed.
  • Experience scaling a SaaS business through and beyond $100M ARR is highly preferred.
  • Experience in digital signage, AV, IoT, multi-site enterprise, or enterprise security and procurement is a plus.
  • Must be located in the Greater Houston are or willing to relocate.

Benefits

  • Dental insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Unlimited flexible aid time off
  • 401K

Why OptiSigns

You will inherit a substantial global customer base, proven product-market fit, and meaningful inbound demand. The mandate is to turn those advantages into a more predictable, scalable revenue system.

OptiSigns is on a strong growth trajectory toward $100M ARR. This role is about building the scalable, predictable, AI-native revenue engine that takes us through $100M ARR and well beyond it.
