About the Role


The Senior Revenue Performance Consultant plays a key role in analyzing revenue performance data, maintaining standardized reporting tools, and supporting forecasting activities. This position works with operational and management teams to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure reporting accuracy, while also contributing to training and knowledge sharing within the department.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's what you'll do.


Maintain and enhance performance reporting tools to support revenue operations.
Analyze key performance reports and identify opportunities for process or reporting improvements.
Collaborate with operations and management teams to support forecasting and revenue-target tracking.
Develop standardized reports and monitoring tools to drive consistency and accuracy.
Deliver training and guidance to team members on reporting tools and performance metrics.
Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives related to revenue performance.

Role Essentials


    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working with sales strategies or performance reporting in a technical or complex environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
