Job description

The Senior Director of Applications provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise application portfolio, ensuring technology capabilities support clinical, business, and operational goals. This role is responsible for application strategy, delivery, optimization, governance, and support across core platforms, with a strong focus on reliability, service excellence, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director leads teams responsible for application lifecycle management, system performance, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
 
Annual Salary Range: $143,915.20 - $212,284.80

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MS, or related field) preferred.
Experience:
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology or digital services is required.
  • 5+ years in Director-level leadership within a complex or regulated environment is required. 
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or similarly complex organizations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
