Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL
Experience: 6+ years

Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Jacksonville office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a sophisticated and active real estate practice handling complex transactional matters with significant client interaction and responsibility.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements
  • Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and development-related transactions
  • Managing easements, development agreements, and title matters
  • Coordinating commercial real estate closings from inception through completion
  • Supporting commercial leasing matters
  • Working directly with clients on sophisticated transactional matters

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Strong background in complex real estate contracts, title matters, and closing coordination
  • Commercial leasing experience preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar admission required
