The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing a wide variety of compelling visuals for both digital and offline media, aiming to inspire and captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for customer-focused visuals, be highly detail-oriented and organized, and have extensive knowledge of photo retouching. This role requires a dynamic self-starter who can deliver brilliant creative concepts and ideas with exceptional attention to detail.

Your responsibilities: Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel. Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images. Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality.

Work with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements. Use software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images. Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Photography, Art, Design, or a related field Minimum 2 years of photo retouching experience in a marketing or creative environment Familiarity with beauty industry trends Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Strong understanding of digital workflows, file formats, tools, and best practices Bonus: Experience using AI tools in creative processes Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Receptive to feedback and open to continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
