Job description

Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate is a leading commercial real estate brokerage specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the Beach Cities, South Bay, Westside, and Harbor areas. As one of Southern California's fastest-growing brokerages, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, market expertise, and innovative solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Assistant to support a leading team within the brokerage. This role is ideal for someone interested in commercial real estate and wants to gain firsthand exposure to both the operational and sales sides of the business. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity to build valuable industry experience while working alongside top-producing brokers.
Requirements
  • Available to work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, as local travel to properties is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to lift marketing materials and signage as needed for property tours and events
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and investment sales
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and software platforms
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and maintain accurate property and client data
  • Follow up with inbound leads and assist with lead management
  • Photograph properties and perform light photo editing when needed
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, photographers, contractors, and other property vendors
  • Conduct property tours for prospective clients, buyers, and vendors
  • Deliver notices, marketing materials, and complete occasional local errands
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and property tours
  • Assemble property valuations, broker opinion packages, and offering memorandums
  • Prepare marketing materials and listing packages
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Assist with general office responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Salesforce
  • Crexi
  • CoStar
  • MLS platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Real estate photography or basic photo editing

A California Real Estate Salesperson License is highly preferred, but not required.
