• Document findings and provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for customers, account managers, and internal teams
• Review prior inspection reports to identify trends, recurring deficiencies, and risk areas
• Assist in scope development for estimating, repairs or corrective work.

• Ensure all activities align with NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and company compliance protocols
• Collaborate closely with union labor and internal teams to ensure proper execution of any field work
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in fire sprinkler systems (service, inspections, or field operations)
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and related codes and standards.
• Prior experience in fire sprinkler construction, inspections, or service is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of system components, layouts, and common deficiencies
• NICET certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into client-friendly language

  • Competitive Pay: $$$$ based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Future Savings: A 401(k) savings plan with employer match.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Professional Development: Certification reimbursement, training programs, and career advancement opportunities.
