Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support current and prospective clients.
Location
  • Remote in the United States

Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Overview
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, PSDS, SPM, and FSM.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Implement Catalog Builder to enable delegated development and empower teams to create/manage service requests.
  • Configure SLAs, playbooks, assignment rules, and notifications to automate service delivery.
  • Perform data migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., ManageEngine, Smartsheets, QuickBase) into ServiceNow.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and portals for actionable insights.
  • Support integrations such as BrightSign and other third-party systems through spokes, data sources, and CMDB mappings.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily standups).
  • Provide Go-Live support and hypercare, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and end-user "how-to" guides.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with platform best practices and security standards.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across modules scuh as (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM, or equivalent).
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Proven background in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications (workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies).
  • Experience with data migration from legacy systems into ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, or spokes).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio/App Engine.
  • Knowledge of building dashboards, reports, portals, and Catalog Builder for delegated development.

Nice To Have
  • One or more CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
