Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-7 years of project experience, preferably in HR or workforce solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)

Preferred:
  • Experience with AI/analytics-driven solutions in HR (e.g., talent intelligence, workforce analytics, AI recruiting)
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, generative AI, and automation tools
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certification
