The anticipated salary range for this position is $123,000-$185,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of large, complex industrial construction projects across the Twin Cities region. You will lead the project delivery, project execution, build relationships with industry partners, and support business development for future opportunities.

You will oversee project execution with a focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring all work meets Boldt standards. A key part of the role includes coaching and developing project teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will also manage project financials, guide day‑to‑day operations, and ensure seamless coordination across all phases of construction.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ten or more years’ experience in construction project management and related functions.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual
  • Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
