Position Title: Project Manager

Position Location: Minneapolis, MN

*All qualified candidates must have direct engineering and/or project management experience in the oil & gas industry*

Position Overview:

Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days' work from home. Office located in Minneapolis, MN.

Bonus: Discretionary bonus of up to 10% Vacation/PTO: 19 days PTO, sick, and vacation combined and 9 paid holidays per calendar year

Job Description:

The Company Project Managers work closely and interactively with client stakeholders to actively identify, and creatively resolve, project issues.

Key Job Duties:

  • Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating client requirements and project risks to appropriate team members and managing all requirements to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables – determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.
  • Track project progress, review project tasks and deliverables to make certain deadlines are met.
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively manage scope of project to prevent scope creep without valid change orders.
  • Ensure invoicing and billing is completed in a timely manner and correct documentation is submitted/received from client and all vendors.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all internal stakeholders and client representatives.

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering field required.
  • Prior technical/engineering/project management experience in the oil & gas industry required.
  • 5+ years' experience including a minimum of 4 years project management experience strongly preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required.
