We are hiring for the role of Senior Project Manager. Below are the key details:

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be part of a Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for all aspects of IT project governance, assessment, management, and control. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership and operate in a service provider capacity, managing multiple current and future projects across various business and platform areas. The position involves generating project schedules, identifying and staffing needed resources, completing vendor procurement, submitting funding requests, managing delivery efforts, and reporting status within a common project reporting mechanism.

The PM will work with multiple business and platform areas, potentially including upper-level committees, and will be responsible for project tracking, analysis, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deliverables. The ability to multi-task on continually changing priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to project management governance across multiple concurrent projects

  • Generate and maintain project schedules and resource plans

  • Complete procurement of vendor products and implementation services

  • Submit funding requests as required

  • Conduct project meetings and manage project tracking and analysis

  • Gather and define requirements; build comprehensive project plans

  • Provide transparent, clear communications across all stakeholder levels

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of direct management experience with system integration projects

  • 8+ years managing stakeholder expectations and priorities

  • 8+ years working within project governance structures (methodology, required templates, reporting)

  • 8+ years of extensive experience planning, managing, and tracking multiple major impact projects

  • 8+ years of strong process development skills with the ability to learn and understand concepts to interpret, document, and formalize procedures

  • 8+ years of strong process and gap analysis skills

  • 8+ years of excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in cross-functional environments

  • 6+ years demonstrated experience working with business users to gather and document business requirements

  • 6+ years demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and team building skills
