In this role, you'll work alongside Project Managers to coordinate multiple concurrent projects, oversee financial milestones, manage SAP project orders, support domestic and international logistics, and provide the operational insight that keeps customers informed and projects moving forward. Your attention to detail directly contributes to successful project execution.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the operational and financial hub for multiple concurrent customer projects.
  • Manage project financials including purchase orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, and closeout.
  • Maintain SAP project orders and Bills of Materials.
  • Develop Excel reporting and project analysis.
  • Coordinate domestic and international logistics.
  • Maintain project documentation and customer portals.
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor costs, schedules, and change orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Who You Are
  • You bring 7-10 years of experience supporting complex projects in a service, manufacturing, operations, or project environment.
  • You have a strong accounting foundation with experience in project accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cost tracking, invoicing, revenue recognition, or financial reconciliation.
  • You are proficient in SAP and understand project setup, financial controls, and accurate data management.
  • You possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, organized, and take ownership of your work.
  • You enjoy collaborating across departments while working independently to deliver results.

Preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting international projects and export documentation.
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles and project accounting.
  • Experience in the oil & gas, compression, or industrial equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with change order management and contract compliance.
