Senior VTC Engineer Fort Shafter Flats, HI Apply **CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD** Overview: Job Title: Senior VTC Engineer Security Clearance: Secret (Top Secret eligible preferred) Location: Fort Shafter Flats, HI (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.) Description: C3EL is seeking a cleared Senior VTC Engineer to join our on-site team at Fort Shafter Flats in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and management of enterprise Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems supporting both secure and non-secure services within a DISN environment. The engineer will ensure high availability, compliance, and interoperability across all VTC platforms and will support ATC/ATO processes and COMSEC asset management in accordance with DoD and DISA policies. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Design, engineer, implement, and maintain secure and non-secure VTC systems within a DISN environment. * Configure, integrate, and manage Cisco Video Communications Server (VCS), Codian MSE 8000 Multipoint Control Unit (MCU), and Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS). * Support and maintain Cisco, Lifesize, and Polycom codecs for both classified and unclassified operations. * Configure and maintain Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Jabber/Movi Softclient, and related VTC infrastructure components. * Manage Firewall Traversal, Border Controllers, and AMX Room Interface/NetLinx Room Controllers for conference room systems. * Support Adtran IMUX, IPVTC/VoIP (H.323/SIP), and ISDN (H.320) configurations and operations. * Ensure STIG compliance and maintain system security posture in accordance with DoD standards. * Obtain and maintain Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authority to Operate (ATO) for VTC systems. * Administer COMSEC assets in accordance with DoD and unit-level policy. * Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, network diagrams, and configuration records. Minimum Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship. * An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Top Secret eligibility preferred). * Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent). * Minimum of six (6) years of experience designing, engineering, implementing, and managing enterprise VTC solutions supporting both secure and non-secure environments within a DISN framework. * Extensive working knowledge of: * Codian MSE 8000 Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) * Cisco Video Communications Server (VCS) * Cisco Jabber/Movi Softclient * Cisco Communications Manager * Cisco/Lifesize/Polycom Codecs * Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) * Firewall Traversal and Border Controllers * AMX Room Interface/NetLinx Room Controllers * Adtran IMUX * IPVTC/VoIP (H.323/SIP) and ISDN (H.320) * KIV-7M/HSB encryption devices * DISA STIG implementation Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting VTC engineering in USARPAC and USARC environments. * Experience obtaining and maintaining ATC/ATO for VTC-specific systems. * Designated or prior Authorized COMSEC Sub Hand Receipt Holder. * Tandberg Certified Expert Partner or related certification.
