Job description

Klaviyo's platform is built on a foundation of secure, scalable account and identity systems that power every customer interaction. As we continue to grow into more complex enterprise use cases and regulated environments, the importance of account integrity, abuse prevention, and flexible organization modeling is critical.

This role sits at the intersection of Platform Integrity & Protection area (PAA) and the Accounts teams, partnering closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams. Together, these teams define how accounts are created, structured, secured, and governed across Klaviyo. Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days/week in our Boston office. Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy across Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for shaping how Klaviyo:

  • Protects customer accounts and prevents abuse
  • Models accounts and organizations at scale
  • Supports enterprise, compliance, and multi-entity use cases
  • Builds platform tools that unlock self-serve capabilities and scalable workflows for stakeholders across the entire business

You will serve as the single-threaded product owner across these domains, ensuring that decisions around security, identity, and account structure are made cohesively, not in silos.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Own and drive product strategy and roadmap across Platform Integrity & Protection and Accounts
  • Define and evolve Klaviyo's account and organization model to support enterprise scale and complexity
  • Lead initiatives focused on account security, authentication abuse prevention, and risk mitigation
  • Partner deeply with IAM to align authentication, authorization, and identity systems with account modeling
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to meet regulatory and enterprise requirements
  • Align multiple engineering teams around shared data models, platform capabilities, and security posture
  • Define and track metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and platform health
  • Enable other product teams by building shared frameworks (e.g., permissions, lifecycle hooks, settings systems)
  • Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders on tradeoffs between security, usability, and scalability

What You'll Work On

  • Building a unified account model that supports multi-brand, multi-entity customers
  • Developing a scalable anti-abuse platform with consistent enforcement across channels
  • Improving account lifecycle management, from creation through closure
  • Strengthening platform security and risk detection capabilities
  • Reducing friction for customers and internal teams through clearer account and org experiences

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security domains
  • You have experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS
  • You are comfortable operating in technical problem spaces and partnering closely with engineering
  • You have experience driving cross-team alignment and influencing without direct authority
  • You can balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategy
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure in complex environments
  • You communicate clearly and can articulate tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, or abuse prevention
  • Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments
  • Experience building platform APIs or shared services
  • Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional initiatives
