Job description

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Stamford, CT/Remote
Duration: 8+ months
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provides day to day level 3 & 4 support for EIT application related to pallet tag printing, machine performance KPIs, Production Declaration and Confirmation activities
  • Work with Manufacturing Excellence/TPM and Asset Reliability team to prioritize and align to the Manufacturing Transformation and AI improvement journey
  • Utilizing EIT, PLC and SAP data, identify opportunities to drive performance improvements and automation opportunities
  • Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed using the manufacturing framework and AI/OEE strategic objectives
  • Ensure the internal or external development team delivers the correct solution as per functional specification.
  • Produce and execute test scripts to ensure development is fit for Production using BTB standard approach
  • Coordinate release of the Change and agree delivery dates to production. Manages risk mitigation and support of installation of software, patches and EIT upgrades
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years experience with Manufacturing and Maintenance Process Improvements
  • 5+ Years with EIT or other performance management tools, or equivalent tools or systems.
  • Experience with server access and ability to troubleshoot failures
  • Understands functional areas and integration points across Product Supply
  • Candidate must have strength in data analysis, troubleshooting and a curious mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including listening skills, verbal and written communication skills. Capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations with a storytelling ability
  • Team- and goal-oriented, agile and inquisitive, with proven track record in collaborating and driving results
  • Ability to self-manage with strong time management skills
