Job description

Our client's team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, connected experiences for parents, coaches, and players. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering partners from discovery through delivery, driving consistency, usability, and innovation across consumer-facing features.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create clear, high-impact designs across platforms using insights from research, feedback, and data
  • Lead user research and translate findings into requirements, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions
  • Work closely with PMs and engineers to validate ideas and iterate quickly
  • Manage multiple priorities while producing polished, thoughtful design work
  • Evolve and maintain the shared design system
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive branding across digital experiences

What You Bring

  • 4+ years designing digital products with increasing scope
  • Background in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with web + mobile; bonus for both B2B and B2C
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, creativity, and measurable impact
  • Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools
