Scope of Responsibility

Join us as a Shipping Receiving Technician where you will act as a lead within shipping and receiving operations, balancing hands-on responsibilities with team support and coordination. This role ensures smooth material flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards while helping develop team capability and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Location: GR Plant Campus

Shift: 7am - 3:10pm including overtime and some weekends

Target Pay:The target starting base salary for this position is $20.74 - $30.00 / hour (plus quarterly bonus incentive). Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Cascade Engineering considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee receiving, staging, storage, and shipping of supplies and raw materials in alignment with plant requirements and traffic schedules
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through timely data entry, scanning compliance, discrepancy reporting, and cycle counting
  • Support customer portal activities, including data retrieval, communication, and ASN transmission/troubleshooting
  • Train, coach, and support development of other Shipping Receiving Techs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/quality/environmental standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, MMOG, MQ1), and safety requirements
  • Maintain organization, housekeeping, and safe working conditions in all areas
  • Contribute to team safety, quality, and customer service objectives by making sound decisions, delegating appropriately, and supporting SR Lead priorities
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives
