This includes physician organization strategy, organizational design, and financial arrangements (e.g., clinical and professional services agreements).

Senior managers are influential leaders who drive strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team development across engagements. Your Responsibilities May Include Project Delivery and Client Service
  • Lead large portions of project work, applying advanced project management tools and methodologies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Demonstrate mastery across project types, including planning, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and performance oversight.
  • Conduct complex analyses with minimal coaching, ensuring that quantitative and qualitative findings align with client needs and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in business administration and/or masterโ€™s degree in a health-related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations; additional years of experience would be required in place of an advanced degree
  • Experience working with academic health systems on matters related to organizational design, physician alignment, and funds flow strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, oversee teams, and coach talent at multiple levels
  • Advanced experience with data analysis, structured problemโ€‘solving, and executive communication
  • Strong business judgment, client management skills, and the ability to navigate dynamic, ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to contribute to or lead business development activities
  • Commitment to mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive culture
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

The estimated base salary range for this job is $205000.00 - $232000.00 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECGโ€™s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECGโ€™s pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECGโ€™s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) matching program, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.
