Job description

Saxbys | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) | $70,000/year + annual bonus + benefits
Job Summary:
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of Saxbys' partner marketing strategy across content, conferences, campaigns, and top-of-funnel opportunity surfacing. This role owns the production system that sits beneath the strategy - a recurring monthly content calendar across three narrative motions, a full-year conference calendar, partner-facing collateral and campaigns, and reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline movement. Positioning, personas, and content strategy are established; this position translates that direction into published, on-brand work delivered on schedule, partnering closely with Partnership Leadership, who set strategy and voice, and using AI-supported workflows to accelerate research and first drafts. The Partner Marketing Manager is measured on consistent execution and shipping cadence rather than one-off campaigns.
What You Will Own
  • Social Content Production & Publishing Cadence: Run the recurring content calendar for our Always-On LinkedIn Strategy:daily engagement, partner announcements, Grand Opening and Capstone highlights, conference moments, and more. Take ownership of writing and editing, scheduling, publishing, and engaging on LinkedIn. Track and report on LinkedIn performance: impressions, follower growth, and engagement by content type, against a baseline you help establish.
  • Conference & Event Activation: Own the full conference lifecycle - registration, travel, booth shipping, session proposals, speaker coordination, and target-attendee lists with pipeline-prep documents in advance; real-time content capture and booth hosting on site; and personalized follow-ups within 48-72 hours, HubSpot logging, debrief documentation, and budget reconciliation after. Build and maintain the annual conference calendar and project plan.
  • Campaign & Collateral Production: Produce partner-facing collateral - one-pagers, website copy, pitch-deck support, and onboarding materials - in partnership with Brand & Design. Draft and coordinate campaign content for Grand Openings, the annual Impact Report, and channel partners including Follett and Dining Service Providers.
  • Lead Pipeline Management & Reporting: Activate campaign workflows, document processes and handoffs, and build reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline movement from Awareness to Interest. Lead weekly Partnerships meeting reporting on metrics and progress. Establish and track a LinkedIn performance baseline across impressions, follower growth, and engagement by content type.
  • Partner Opportunity Surfacing: Monitor the experiential learning, campus retail, and higher-ed innovation landscape for signals - new initiatives, leadership changes, strategic plans, funding announcements - that indicate alignment with the Saxbys model within our Serviceable Obtainable Market. Turn surfaced opportunities into ready-to-send, peer-to-peer outreach for the Partnership team to send, and maintain a lightweight tracker of schools, news hooks, routing, and status. This is a listening and pattern-matching function, not a lead-generation quota.
  • AI-Supported Workflow Design: Use Claude-supported workflows for research and first drafts, and help design and publish the in-development Claude Skill that powers partner marketing research and drafting.

Who You Will Support
  • Partnership Leadership: Execute against the strategy and voice they set; report weekly on pipeline-connected metrics.
  • CEO & Chief Growth & Strategy Officer: Draft and publish individual leader posts, the Signature Series, and monthly curated thought leadership.
  • Experiential Learning & Impact: Source academic-side leads and support the Impact Report campaign.
  • Business Partnerships: Support DSP and channel partner campaigns and surface business-development-side leads.
  • Brand & Design: Partner with our designer on all partner-facing collateral.
  • Learning & Development: Support research and publications feeding the Thought Leadership motion.

Who You Will Supervise
  • No direct reports. This role leads through process ownership, cross-functional coordination, and vendor and agency partnerships as needed.

What Success Looks Like
  • LinkedIn engagement rate improves against the baseline you help set in your first 60 days.
  • The monthly content cadence ships on schedule, month over month, without leadership having to chase it.
  • The CEO Signature Series and Thought Leadership posts consistently outperform page averages.
  • Partners visibly move from Awareness to Interest in HubSpot, with content and campaigns as a traceable input.
  • Conferences are fully staffed and prepped in advance, with follow-ups sent within 48-72 hours and debriefs and budgets reconciled.
  • A steady, well-matched stream of surfaced schools reaches the Partnership team with a clear news hook and ready-to-send outreach.

Where You Excel
  • Adaptable Writing - shifting between company voice, an individual leader's voice, and a partner-facing register credible to all Saxbys personas
  • Consistent Execution
  • Project & Calendar Management
  • Social Media & Channel Strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • AI-Supported Workflow Fluency

What You Have Done
  • 2-4 years in a marketing execution role - content marketing, social media management, marketing coordination, event marketing, or similar. B2B or higher-ed experience is a plus but not required.
  • Written in multiple voices across company, executive, and partner-facing audiences.
  • Owned a recurring calendar and a checklist-driven process, measured on consistent shipping rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B and professional channel.
  • Worked in HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing platform, or can learn one quickly.
  • Juggled a content calendar, an event calendar, and multiple open campaigns without dropping deadlines.
  • Used AI tools such as Claude as part of a daily workflow for research and first drafts.

What is Required
  • Support, exhibit, and promote the Saxbys Mission and Core Values in all daily activities.
  • Travel Requirement up to 20% (conferences and Grand Openings)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical requirements:
    • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
    • Able to stoop and kneel
    • Push, pull, lift or carry up to 35 lbs
    • Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
