Job description

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager role serves as the strategic marketing liaison for company partnerships, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, supported, and positioned for mutual growth. This role owns the external partnership marketing presence, establishes partner announcements and co-marketing capabilities, drives consistent partner communication, and builds internal alignment around the value and impact of partnerships, strengthening long-term relationships while maintaining a competitive edge.

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager position will focus on five key responsibilities:

Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM):

  • Develop and implement joint marketing strategies, campaign playbooks, and promotional timelines with strategic partners.
  • Once partner contract has been signed, this position will serve as the primary marketing liaison for strategic partnerships, aligning marketing efforts with partnership goals.
  • Collaborate with RPX team, as they establish and maintain clear onboarding guidelines to ensure partners are set up for success from day one. (Periodically refresh partner assets as they reside within RPX partner portal.)
  • Ensure all partnership messaging is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with broader company narratives and go-to-market strategies.

Asset Creation:

  • Design co-branded materials, such as solution briefs, pitch decks, landing pages, and webinars, tailored to partner and RealPage audiences.
  • Develop and manage an external-facing partnership marketing presence, including messaging, content, and visibility across channels.
  • Establish partnership announcement and comarketing capabilities, including launch frameworks, messaging guidelines, and promotional best practices.
  • Lead and execute partner announcements, ensuring timely, consistent, and on-brand communication across internal and external channels. Ensure announcements have been reviewed and approved by RealPage Legal, RealPage Corporate Communications and partner’s Legal and Communications leaders.

Partner Enablement:

  • Equip partner (and/or RealPage) sales and marketing teams with the training, tools, and messaging needed to effectively sell and market the joint solution.
  • Own ongoing partner communications, keeping partners informed, engaged, and aligned with company initiatives and updates.
  • Maintain a continuous pulse on the competitive landscape, partner needs, and market trends to help sustain a competitive advantage.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign metrics, measure ROI, and report on quarterly performance to optimize future partner marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor partner-influenced pipeline, lead attribution, and campaign ROI using marketing software and partner ecosystems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the liaison between internal departments (product, lead-gen marketing, product marketing, PR, legal and sales) and external stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment and measurable execution.
  • Act as the central point of contact internally for partnership-related marketing initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
  • Identify and execute strategic ways to add value to RealPage partners, reinforcing trust, credibility, and long-term collaboration.
  • Increase internal understanding, alignment, and commitment to partnerships through education, documentation, and advocacy.

  • Experience: 5-6 years in B2B tech, SaaS or creator/channel marketing. Candidates with experience running a B2B partner program are highly desired. Prior proptech or real estate industry experiences and/or familiarity with public relations, press release and media processes are also a plus.
