Job description

NOC T2 Network-Tech Lead : Your primary responsibility is to provide Change Management and escalated Incident Management functions to GNOSC (Government Network Operations and Security Center) customers in a 24x7 environment. You will be part of a team that will support a Tier 1-2 organization through incident handling, training, creation of documentation and working technical project. This position is the most senior level of the Operations Support Staff. Requirements • In depth networking troubleshooting knowledge • Test and repair software/hardware/routing issues in the customer WAN/LAN environment • Excellent working and troubleshooting knowledge of Routing Protocols and Multiple CPE vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc. Minimum Qualifications: In depth network troubleshooting experience on a Layer 2-3 network. 5 years+ of Tier 3 experience in a Network Operations Center as network engineer. Extensive Experience with network management tools and solving complex networking problems. Must have the ability to work in highly closed spaces.
