A Senior Network Technician is an experienced IT professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems in an organization. They work with routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware, and often handle advanced network issues that junior technicians cannot resolve. Senior Network Technicians may also assist in designing network infrastructure, ensuring network security, and mentoring junior staff. Their goal is to ensure reliable and secure network operations for their organization.

What are the typical collaboration dynamics for a senior network technician within an IT department?

Senior Network Technicians frequently work alongside network engineers, system administrators, and help desk teams to ensure smooth network operations.
