What is a senior network support engineer?

Senior Network Support Engineers are experienced professionals responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing an organization's computer networks. They oversee complex network systems, ensure high availability and security, and resolve advanced technical issues. In addition to providing technical support, they often design network solutions, lead projects, and mentor junior staff. Their expertise is critical in preventing downtime, enhancing performance, and supporting business operations.
