About the Job:

Boundless Care Inc. is looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to support families across San Francisco / Contra Costa County. This is a part-time position with flexible opportunities based on client needs. Care assignments may include senior care, adult care or child care, depending on your experience, comfort level, and availability.
About the Role:
As a caregiver, you may be assigned to support:
Senior Care (Elder Care):
  • Provide companionship and one-on-one care for older adults in the home.
  • Assist with daily living needs (dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support) as needed.
  • Support safe walking/transfers and help maintain fall prevention safety.
  • Assist with meal prep, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to care.
  • Provide medication reminders (as allowed/assigned).
  • Observe and report changes in condition (appetite, mood, mobility, confusion, etc.).
  • Follow the client’s care plan, routines, and family preferences.
Child Care / Babysitting (Newborn to School-Age):
  • Provide nurturing, attentive care for children from newborns to school-aged.
  • Infant care: bottle-feeding, diaper changes, nap supervision, soothing.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities (reading, sensory play, crafts, games).
  • Follow parents’ instructions and household routines.
  • Prepare meals/snacks, assist with feeding, and maintain a safe, clean play space.
  • Light tidying after activities and keeping common areas neat after care.
  • Monitor development and share observations with parents when appropriate.
  • Experience with children with special needs is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Reliable, attentive, warm, and professional with families.
  • Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN).
  • TrustLine or Home Care Aide registered or willing to apply.
  • Valid TB test or willing to obtain.
  • Has own transportation or reliable commute access.
  • Open availability is a plus (hours based on client requests).
  • Bilingual/multilingual is a plus!

Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus):
  • Experience with seniors (including dementia/memory care).
  • Experience with infants/young children.
  • Experience with special needs (children or adults).
