Work EnvironmentFashion shows, photoshoots, advertising campaignsFashion shoots, promotional events, runway shows
Industry UsageOften a more experienced or recognized figure in the industryBeginners or less experienced individuals starting their modeling careers

The main difference between a Senior Model and a Model lies in experience and recognition. Senior Models typically have a more established portfolio and greater industry experience, often working on high-profile projects. Models are usually at the beginning of their careers, gaining experience and building their portfolios. Both roles operate within the fashion and advertising industries but differ in their level of expertise and career stage.

What are some typical challenges faced by senior models during photo shoots and runway events?

Senior Models often encounter challenges such as maintaining energy and focus during long hours on set, adapting quickly to different creative directions, and working under pressure to deliver consistent results. They must also collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other models to achieve the desired look and feel for each project. Navigating last-minute changes and managing personal branding while meeting client expectations are additional aspects that require professionalism and adaptability in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior model?

To thrive as a Senior Model, you need a strong portfolio, experience in the fashion or commercial modeling industry, and the ability to take direction well, often supported by agency representation. Familiarity with posing techniques, industry-standard modeling platforms, and sometimes contracts or union memberships are common technical requirements. Confidence, professionalism, reliability, and adaptability help senior models stand out in a competitive environment. These skills and qualities are crucial for building a lasting career, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.

How to get started as a senior model?

To become a senior model, gain extensive experience in modeling, develop a strong portfolio, and demonstrate professionalism and reliability. Building industry connections, understanding client needs, and staying updated on fashion trends and tools like Adobe Photoshop can also help advance to senior roles.

What is a senior model?

Senior models are experienced professional models, typically aged 50 and above, who represent older adults in fashion shows, advertisements, and commercial campaigns. They play a crucial role in promoting age diversity and inclusivity within the modeling industry. Senior models are sought after for products, services, and brands targeting mature audiences, and their work can include print, runway, and promotional events. Their experience, confidence, and ability to connect with audiences make them valuable assets in the modeling world.

How much do senior models get paid?

Senior models typically earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually, depending on experience, industry, and location. They may also receive additional compensation through commissions, bonuses, or royalties, especially in fashion, commercial, or promotional modeling environments.

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

beBright is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to lead key initiatives across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Development, and AI-driven reporting and analytics. This cross-functional role delivers models, forecasts, and reporting that executive leadership and our investment partners rely on to make decisions about financial performance, organizational growth, operational efficiency, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate works independently, brings structure to ambiguous problems, and partners directly with senior leaders. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic growth initiatives — from forecasting and M&A diligence to the design of the organization’s reporting and AI-enabled analytics — and to influence decisions at the highest level of the company.

WHO WE ARE

At beBright, smiles are the most important part of every day. Founded with the purpose of creating smiles and providing superior dental outcomes through a dual-specialty integrated care model, beBright is a leader in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Our doctor-owned and doctor-led shared services organization provides administrative and operational support to practices nationwide while creating unlimited opportunities for growth and innovation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role; experience in a multi-site healthcare, professional services, or private-equity-backed environment is strongly preferred.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and own complex, multi-entity models from the ground up.

• Experience with NetSuite, SQL, or data visualization platforms is a plus.

• Demonstrated use of AI tools, automation platforms, or modern reporting technologies to improve analytical workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a track record of working independently through ambiguity.

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Highly collaborative with exceptional attention to detail; experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including the consolidated multi-entity model and the assumptions behind it.

• Design, build, and maintain the financial models and forecasts that drive operational and strategic decision-making.

• Analyze financial performance trends and partner with leadership to pressure-test planning assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Prepare and present the financial reporting and analysis that executive leadership and investment partners rely on.

• Support business development through market analysis, growth modeling, due diligence, and practice acquisition analysis.

• Collaborate with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop insights that help leaders evaluate new opportunities and operational performance.

• Help define the metrics, KPIs, and dashboards used across the organization, and support the design of automated reporting and business intelligence.

• Serve as a go-to analytical resource, leading ad hoc analyses for leadership across departments.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary based on experience.

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• 401(k) plan with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution.

• Paid time off, holidays, and sick time.

• Flexible work arrangements.

• Professional development, training, and career growth opportunities.

• A high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path toward finance leadership.

Join us in helping create bright smiles every day while leading the financial, strategic, and technological growth of our organization. Your work will directly shape investment decisions, operational performance, and the analytical foundation that supports beBright's next phase of growth.
