Position: Senior Microstrategy BI Analytics Developer
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid).  Need Local candidates for this Hybrid role
Type of Employment: Full-Time with client. 
Job Description
Purpose of the Position: To enhance data quality and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization. The role supports business decision-making by ensuring reliable data, building dashboards, and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to implement scalable data solutions.
Key Result Areas and Activities:

  • BI Solution Development and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver robust business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports, that provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Data Integration and ETL Management: Develop and maintain efficient ETL workflows like Materialized Views in Microstrategy or any BI Tool to ensure accurate, timely, and quality data integration from various internal and external sources into the data warehouse or BI platforms.   Need to have very strong SQL skills. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical BI solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Optimization and Governance of BI Systems: Ensure continuous performance tuning, data quality assurance, and adherence to data governance policies to maintain the reliability, security, and scalability of BI platforms.
