Job Title: Senior Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer
Location: Baltimore, MD 21202
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging solutions in a hybrid environment. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, Exchange Hybrid, Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Copilot, and Power Platform.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  2. 8+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services in hybrid environments.
  3. 10+ years of overall infrastructure or systems engineering experience preferred.
  4. Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise collaboration technologies.
  5. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, SSO, federation, and identity management.
  6. Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, compliance, and collaboration security.
  8. Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API automation.
  9. Expertise in troubleshooting complex Exchange, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  10. Experience securing cloud and on-premises email and collaboration environments.
  11. Familiarity with email filtering and archiving solutions is highly desirable.
  12. Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-
  1. Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, or Security.
  2. Experience working in large enterprise or public sector environments.
  3. Previous technical leadership or team mentoring experience.
