A Senior Microsoft Access Developer designs, develops, and maintains database solutions using Microsoft Access. They are responsible for creating complex queries, forms, and reports, as well as integrating Access with other data sources or applications. Their role often includes troubleshooting database issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. Senior developers also mentor junior team members and may work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored database solutions.

Additionally, ensuring smooth collaboration with other developers and stakeholders, as well as maintaining clear documentation, is crucial for long-term project success. · Design, develop, repair, and optimize SQL database-driven applications while supporting data integrity and cybersecurity requirements.

· Work closely with Contracting Officers, Planning Managers, application users, and project stakeholders to confirm required functionality, evaluate software solutions, and develop new features.

· Convert Access SQL statements into SQL Server syntax and support migration or modernization of legacy database functionality where needed.

· Design graphical user interface (GUI) forms in Microsoft Access and debug code using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

· Improve security features of Access applications and assist SUPSHIP with Authority to Operate (ATO) support when necessary.

· Incorporate software versioning practices and use software version control systems for existing and updated applications.
