• Education & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and lead comprehensive training programs to educate informatics professionals and clinical staff on expert-level Cerner workflows and system capabilities.
• Clinical Data Governance: Establish and oversee frameworks for data normalization and terminology mapping (utilizing SNOMED-CT, LOINC, and ICD-10) to ensure data integrity for advanced analytics.
• Regulatory & Safety Oversight: Ensure all clinical architectures comply with HIPAA, HTI, and patient safety standards, integrating Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tools based on evidence-based guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
• Cerner Subject Matter Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in the Cerner Millennium ecosystem, including advanced configuration, PowerPlans, and integrated third-party clinical tools.
• Systems Architecture: 15+ years of experience in healthcare information technology, with a proven track record of designing large-scale clinical enterprise systems.
